Day 1 - Chug It

Day 1 has been good.  I started the day with the recommended fiber drink.  Honestly, the consistency was kind of thick and odd, but I put on my best college game face and chugged it.  That was about as exciting as the day got.

The biggest challenge might have been that my daughter is home sick with Strep.  When "we" are home sick, we often times indulge in comfort foods.  Her day was filled with whatever she wanted.  My day was filled with the usual, but just a little more intense.  I think I might snack more than I know.  I had to put things down (quite a bit) and pick up things that were of the fruit and veggie variety.

Oh, and I do like a drink called Coffecino.  It is yummy.  This might could be a good friend of mine for the next, oh say....23 days.

I found that the best way to make the fiber drink not thicken up before I drink it is to use refrigerated cold water. Oh, and I use the Advocare shaker bottle so once I shake it for about 15 seconds I can chug it. thanks for blogging your experiences for us!!
