Day 9 - Chipotle Saves the Day
It is late in the evening, so this one might not be very long. I promise to highlight very important things though...like the good things that I ate.
I was shopping with my daughter tonight, as we were preparing her for the daddy daughter dance on Friday. I was wandering around a cute little boutique (just kidding, Justice) and thought my phone was vibrating. Ummm...no, it was my stomach. Nothing but healthy eating and quality supplements busy at work. :)
Today's feature is my mid-morning snack...the rice cake with jalapeno hummus, topped with fresh mango salsa from Byerly's. Man, do I love Byerly's and I loved this snack.

Now, back to my evening of shopping. So, as usual, we were running from one thing to another tonight. Crazy busy. We went from school to an after school activity to shopping. I knew we would have to eat on the run or wait until we got home to eat. And then, I saw the Chipotle sign. There was sort of light shining down from the heavens at the sign. Actually, it was just the sun, but still. It was just what the doctor ordered. It was fresh and delicious. I had the chicken fajita salad with a little scoop of brown rice, a little scoop of beans, fajita veggies, grilled chicken, pico de gallo and spicy salsa. Muy Bueno! Gracias, Chipotle. Gracias

1st thing in the morning - Advocare Fiber Drink, Advocare Catalyst and ProBiotic Restore Ultra
Snack - Rice cakes with jalapeno hummus and mango salsa and an Advocare Orange Spark
Lunch - Mixed greens with chicken breast, apples mushrooms, pinch of Parmesan, balsamic vinegar and olive oil - little bit of sea salt and pepper
Snack - Almonds, apples, carrots and tea
Dinner - Chipotle Salad - lettuce, a small scoop of brown rice, a small scoop of pinto beans, fajita veggies, grilled chicken, pico de gallo and spicy salsa
With dinner - AdvoCare OmegaPlex
Evening/After Dinner - Banana and Herbal Tea with a splash of almond milk
Throughout the day...lots of water
